Family, Finance & Fun Festival (F3F)
was conceived as an annually-recurring, immersive cultural experience to provide information, access and opportunities for underrepresented communities across a variety of industries with a particular emphasis on the advertising, media, technology, marketing and energy industries. For our inaugural event, however, we are presenting a beta version that gives special emphasis to the urgent need for diversity and inclusion in technology during this most critical election year.
WE WILL BE HEARD
Our mission is to promote cultural understanding, celebrate diversity and foster global harmony. We aim to build meaningful, sustainable connections between brands and consumers by offering real socio-cultural benefits that change lives for the better. Those changes must happen with equity in innovation and the tech shaping our future.
Act quickly to be a part of an historic event that maximizes both your investment and your brand’s potential reach.
Specific details on lineups of speakers, presenters and entertainment to be announced March 1st 2024 and updated regularly until the event starts.

F3Fest™ Orlando 2024 will likely be one of the most significant technology conferences of the year! Convening will be a diverse array of tech innovators and thought leaders who will be featured in a series of in-person and digital forums considering likely implications and long-term consequences possible from a lack of inclusion and generating actionable strategies to mitigate or avoid them altogether.
F3Fest™ 2024 takes place Thursday, May 23rd through Saturday, May 25th, 2024 at HardRock Live Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando, FL.
The 3 Fs in F3Fest™ are for Family, Finances and Fun. These are the hallmarks of what is intended to be an annual, family-oriented event for the empowerment of marginalized and underrepresented individuals and communities.
Universal Studios Orlando provides world class venues, world class accommodations, world class dining and world class entertainment for conference attendees and their families, leading into the Memorial Day weekend. So, once the summit concludes, this location presents both attendees and participants with the opportunity to include their family in a vacation of world class fun.
The specific lineup is currently being finalized and will be announced March 2024.
It is an innovative, immersive way for attendees to not only learn about AI but also reduce its intimidation factor with a little hands-on experience.
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the most convenient, but attendees can also consider Tampa International Airport (TPA) or Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB). Both of these markets are reasonably close to Orlando and might provide additional options for your travel arrangements.
F3Fest™ tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. They are, however, transferable.
Currently F3Fest™ does not offer either military or first-responder discounts.
Yes, purchases of >10+ tickets qualify as a group. Specific group purchase discount details are forthcoming.
No, hotel accommodations must be made separately. Official F3Fest™ hotel booking information will be provided by February 2024.
Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) are U.S. institutions of higher education that were founded, primarily, during Reconstruction with the intention of serving newly emancipated African Americans.
DEI is an abbreviation for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and refers to an organizational framework that promotes “the fair treatment and full participation of all people”, particularly groups “who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination”.
High school students are welcome to attend F3Fest™ with a valid student or government-issued ID as proof age. Anyone under 18 year-of-age can be assumed to be a student.
Project54Tour Aid Program, Inc. is a 501(c) non-profit community development aid program organization established in 2006 that uses music, the arts, youth sports, and entertainment as a catalyst to design and implement programs for at-risk youth and young adults.
Project54 is named after the 53 countries in the Africa Union + 1 for the people of African descent abroad. It focuses on engaging, empowering, and educating youth at large on health and fitness, financial literacy, business development, cultural exchange & artistic expression, social well-being, and anti-bullying.
By encouraging our youth to take control of their social, economic, political, and physical well-being we can help build sustainable communities that become models for self-sufficiency.
